Cisco certification courses have been proven extremely valuable for employees and their employers. Cisco ASA training, Cisco CUCM training and Cisco ISE training are some of the most sought after certification courses by professionals.
Learning@Cisco, the Cisco Learning Network, recently conducted a study that was targeted at gauging the significance of Cisco certified individuals for employers. According to the findings of the study, three-fourth of the total network managers interviewed believed that compared to non-certified professionals, Cisco certified employees bring in more value and knowledge to organizations.

Swiftness shown in finishing network-based IT projects: A popular opinion held by network managers in the survey point towards the fact that Cisco certified professionals complete network-based IT projects more than 30 percent faster than noncertified professionals.
Swiftness shown in providing solutions to technical problems: Cisco certified individuals were seen to resolve technical problems sooner than noncertified individuals. Two-thirds of the total network managers found their Cisco certified employees worthy of providing solutions more than 30 percent faster.
Promptness shown in coming up to speed during on-boarding: 78 percent of the total network managers believed that their Cisco certified employees were coming up to speed more rapidly, i.e. 20 percent faster, than the noncertified employees.
Efficiency levels exhibited while completing network-based IT projects: During the survey, the network managers saw their Cisco certified professionals 40 percent more successful in completing network-based projects than their noncertified counterparts.
Efficiency levels exhibited in providing solutions to technical problems: The network managers surveyed during the study established that their Cisco certified staff resolved technical problems more effectively than their noncertified counterparts. The managers saw their certified professionals as 42 percent more successful in resolving the problems.
Also, while gauging the impact that Cisco certified professionals have had on the overall organizational performance, the managers stated that having Cisco certified employees on board has considerably lowered network support costs, reduced network downtime, enhanced the ability to work on extra departmental project load, and augmented customer satisfaction.
